Residential Projects

Hard Landscaping & Final Grade:

From providing and placing large boulders, gravel, soils, bark mulch, compost to digging ponds, tearing up sod and brush clearing, TLC Bobcat Excavating has your landscaping needs covered. We can do sub grade prep work with our rock hound attachment and can do lawn prep with our hydraulic landscape rake attachment. We install retaining walls, auger fence posts, change grades, dress up driveways and much, much more.

Drainage and Trenching:

Our excavator has a 13” digging bucket perfectly suited for doing curtain drains, perimeter drains and trenching. With the laser level attached to the machine, trenches can be dug accurately with the right amount of fall or made level.

Concrete Prep and Removal:

With laser level accuracy, foundations, driveways, sidewalks and patios can be prepped very efficiently.

Concrete removal is easy with a combination of our excavators, skid steers and dump truck. Concrete 4” thick or less can be broken without jackhammers or breakers and thicker concrete can be broken with hydraulic breaker attachments available for all of our machines

Remote Location Excavating Projects:

We are happy to provide a quote on projects that are remotely located.  For example, in December of 2025 we barged our equipment to a remote inlet for land clearing projects (Watch the reel of us doing this excavation project on our facebook page)  In this instance we did the excavation for the land clearing, provided tree services and did the hardscaping.  If you have a project in a remote location, contact us today!
